About Me

Camila Gusmao is a well rounded professional who has lived all over the world, experiencing a variety of aesthetics and cultures that enable her to work with clients of varied backgrounds and tastes.

Born in Brazil to a Chilean mother and American father, Camila is naturally creative and a problem solver. For years, she used her design education and background to execute large and small-scale projects for her family and friends. As Decorating Den Interiors owner now for several year, she is able to make her passion profitable.

She has a fashion design degree, a master’s in Design and Luxury Brand Management from Istituto Marangoni in Milan and is a Certified Sustainable Designer by the University of Central St. Martin in London.

Camila offers full-service interior design and has a direct relationship with 135 suppliers in our LIVV Home Collection™ of fine furniture, custom window treatments, wall and floor coverings, accessories, lighting and even closet systems. She thrives on working with people and especially enjoys designing children’s rooms, family rooms and spaces for families to make memories in.

She lives in Plantation with husband, Diego, and her two children. She is an active member of the community as part of her Church and School PTO , and Luxury networking groups.
